Registry
Thank you for visiting the Israel Penn International Transplant Tumor Registry (IPITTR). If you have a particular patient about which you wish to consult with the Registry, please proceed to the consultation page.

We have also created the ability for centers to contribute their data to the Registry via our secure web site. See "Obtaining access to the Registry database" below. In the future, contributing centers will also have the ability to query and analyze their online data.

If you are requesting access to data for academic purposes, please contact us and indicate the nature of your research, where it is to be published, and what you are requesting in the way of collaboration with the Registry. The request will be reviewed by the Registry's Board of Directors and a reply will be sent.

Obtaining access to the Registry database
This area of the Registry is secured with 128-bit encryption. In order to log in to this area, you will be asked to enter the user name and password provided to you by the Registry.
If you do not have a user name and password and wish to receive one, please send a request to the following e-mail address: ipittr@uc.edu. If you want to reach us by phone, fax, or mail, please see the contact page.

Logging in to the Registry database
If you have a user name and password and wish to proceed with data entry, the link below will take you to the HealthNet Gateway, a secured site maintained by the Institute for Health Policy and Health Services Research at the University of Cincinnati. Once you have completed your data entry, you will be asked to log out, at which point you will be returned to the Registry's home page.

Log in now through the HealthNet Gateway.

Note: The registry is secured by 128-bit encryption. If your browser cannot access the HealthNet Gateway log-in page, you will need to upgrade your browser to a version which supports 128-bit encryption. If you use Internet Explorer, you can upgrade to version 5.5, service pack 2, or version 6, at Microsoft's Download Center.
